Unlike most desserts and chocolatey treats, this delicious Chocolate Truffle Pudding is made with wholesome ingredients that actually benefit your body instead of damaging it. What is Bulletproof CollaGelatin?

“CollaGelatin is a synergistic blend of collagen protein powder and gelatin. It has all the benefits of collagen plus more protein. Bulletproof CollaGelatin comes from happy, pasture-raised cows and serves as a powerful supplement in restoring vital amino acids in our diets. Adding collagen and gelatin to meals adds necessary amino acids often missing in the Western diet, which are essential to supporting the body’s ability to repair and maintain healthy skin, joints and bones.

So how do you do that?

Unlike many other protein sources, CollaGelatin is super easy to add to your favorite recipes. Since it becomes gelatinous in cooled liquids, CollaGelatin becomes very useful when cooking gravies, dressings, sauces and even jellos, jellies, and jams.”

Ingredients
  • 4 cups full-fat coconut milk BPA-free, divided
  • Up to 4 tbsp Whole Leaf Organic stevia to taste
  • 1 tbsp grass-fed gelatin or 2 tablespoons Grass-Fed Bulletproof CollaGelatin
  • 2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 3/4 cup chocolate powder
  • 4 tbsp grass-fed unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or MCT oil
  • 1/4 cup macadamia nuts plus additional for topping (optional)

Instructions
  1. Heat 1 cup of the coconut milk, xylitol, and gelatin in a saucepan over medium heat until dissolved.
  2. Place the remaining 3 cups of coconut milk in a blender with the vanilla, chocolate powder, butter, and oil. Blend thoroughly.
  3. Add the hot coconut milk/gelatin mixture to the blender and pulse until mixed, with or without the macadamia nuts.
  4. Pour the entire mixture and let set for an hour. Top with more nuts (if using).
