Good Morning Dr. Jill. Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing your story!!!! I wish I could hug you. I “coincidentally” came across an article if yours about healing the subconscious mind. As I then read your story I immediately connected with you. Although I haven’t had to fight physical ailments per say, emotionally is a different story altogether. My faith in God is my foundation, I’ve recently become awake “to the healing of yoga, the power of gratitude and more. My next bug hurdle is nutrition. I am a work in progress. Dr. Carnahan is board certified in both Family Medicine (2006) and Integrative Holistic Medicine (2005). She founded the Methodist Center for Integrative Medicine in 2009 and worked there as Integrative Medical Director until October 2010.
She completed her residency at the University of Illinois Program in Family Medicine at Methodist Medical Center and received her medical degree from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Bio-Engineering at the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana.
