Fees

Functional Medicine consultation services may or may not be covered by your insurance plan. Please check with your insurance prior to your visit. Our office does not bill your insurance directly but we will give you a receipt for services, which you may submit for reimbursement. We are not a participating provider in Medicaid or Medicare and we have opted-out of Medicare. This means your appointment cannot be submitted to Medicare for any coverage.

Initial Consultations

Expect to spend 2-3 hours at the office for your initial visit, including check-out time. You will spend up to two hours face-to-face with Dr. Jill. The consult fee includes time spent before and after your visit for Dr. Jill to review any past lab work and all paperwork and intake forms. Follow-up visits usually last 30-60 minutes depending on the complexity and time to review lab work.

Cancellation Policy

Please be courteous, and provide 48 hours’ notice for all canceled appointments. This helps ensure that we can meet the needs of all of our patients who are waiting to get an appointment. There will be a $420 cancellation fee for no-shows or less than 48-hour cancellations.
