Katie Hartley APRN, FNP-C

Katie received her Nurse practitioner degree from Georgetown University and prior to that her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Texas Christian University. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse practitioners and is currently working towards her IFM certification. Katie is passionate about empowering per patients to live happy and healthy lives. A native of San Antonio, Texas,  Katie now lives in Denver with her husband and three dogs. She enjoys skiing, hiking, and traveling during her time off. 

Katie is a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner with a diverse educational background and a passion for delivering comprehensive care to patients of all ages.

With a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Texas Christian University and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the same institution, Katie brings a unique perspective to the field of healthcare. Her commitment to lifelong learning led her to pursue a master’s degree in nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Georgetown University, further enhancing her knowledge and skills in providing high-quality care.

It is Katie’s goal to find the root cause of your illness and put you on the path to healing. With training from the Institute of Functional Medicine and Dr. Jill Carnahan, Katie will use nutrition, supplements, lifestyle changes, or medication to treat your illnesses. With a strong foundation in both education and nursing, Katie possesses a well-rounded skill set that allows her to address the unique needs of individuals across the lifespan. Through her extensive clinical experience and specialized training, she has developed expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.

Katie’s personal struggle with mold-related and autoimmune illnesses set her down the functional medicine path when conventional medicine could not help her. Her own experience sparked an unwavering determination to regain her health and empower others facing similar struggles.
