Hi, Dr. Jill just wanted to say how impressed I am with your work. I recently heard your podcast with the arthritis summit. I am currently a corporate chef, while in transition to become a personal trainer, but plan to use functional medicine in my with my clients. As a former bodybuilder, the function of the body has always been my passions. It’s so nice to see real nutrition in today’s society. Most of the mainstream trends, which too many folks read, give the wrong criteria. Keep up the good work! Thanks for all of the great free info you offer,
