What are Chia Seeds?
They are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, rich in antioxidants, and they provide fiber, iron, and calcium.
Omega-3 fatty acids help raise HDL cholesterol, the “good” cholesterol that protects against heart attack and stroke.
Remember the chia pets that were popular in the 1990s? Chia seeds are the same small seeds you used to grow an Afro in your Homer Simpson terracotta vase.

I just thought to try a lemon water chia today and loved it! I had read about lemon water, but hadn’t yet read anything about adding chia to it. I’m used to having chia gel for energy. I use water in a wide-mouth mason jar (16 oz), and add 2 tablespoons of chia to it. Stir a lot for the first 5 minutes until the chia remains suspended. For the water i used lemon water – 1 whole lemon thinly sliced and placed into a 60 oz glass pitcher with an infuser core, filled with water and refrigerated overnight. Using the whole lemon gives a lot more flavor than just lemon juice alone. I love this lemon water chia gel!
I have been drinking Chia seed & lemon juice water for a month now and already feel less bloated and tired. This drink also suppresses my hunger so I usually drink this for lunch. If you like Aloe water then this is great for you! I put 2 tablespoons of chia seeds in 350 ml of cold water and add the juice of half a lemon or lime. I always leave for 15 minutes by on the side. It’s delicious but if you refrigerate it if become much thicker which I also don’t mind. Please try for yourself x
Hi there.
I have almost the same debilitating symptoms as Ryan Sutter. I did have a positive COVID 19 Test and was off work for over 2 weeks. In reality I shouldn’t have gone back for a month or two. Recently moved states. Brain fog, anxiety through the roof where before I was a very relaxed person, paralyzing fatigue, muscle/joint aches, hard to find the right words for things or even a simple word at all. Me the other day: You know the thing. That you hold in your hand at the desk that helps you. You move it around. The cat chases it. THE MOUSE!
Can you please tell me what tests I should ask my MD to prescribe for me that would cast a wider net than the regular battery of tests for Lyme’s Disease, Mold toxicity. I would so greatly appreciate it.
For tick-borne infections I suggest using IgeneX
