I have a question about Fatty15. Can you open the capsule and empty the contents into about 4 oz. of water, stir it, and drink it? Is it stable in my stomach acid? I am not able to swallow pills because I have a structural restriction in my neck and throat.
Also, should Fatty15 be taken with meals or between meals? Finally, what time of the day is best to take it?
