Power of the Subconscious Mind to Heal You

The Power of the Subconscious Mind to Heal You…

Did you know that you have a powerful force within you better than any medication or supplement?  Too often we fall victim to the idea that we are prone to illness or that we will always be sick.  We may believe that we have no control over how our bodies respond to infection, toxin, or other illness.  The truth is there is an amazing infinite knowledge within us called the subconscious mind put there by the Creator of the universe.  When we understand the laws of the universe and co-exist in harmony with these undeniable truths, we can tap into this power and heal ourselves.  Did you know it’s really the subconscious mind that controls all vital functions?    The truth is your thoughts are the cause and every condition is an effect.  Your conscious mind is like a captain navigating a ship…. if your conscious mind gives the right direction to your subconscious, the subconscious will carry out instructions to bring you health and healing.  You must provide the right ideas, thoughts and images to your subconscious mind through faith, repetition and expectation!

10 Tips to Heal Yourself by Programing Your Subconscious Mind

  1. Many disease originates in the mind – nothing appears on the body unless there is a mental pattern correlating to it.
  2. The law of life is the law of belief.  Do not say or believe in things that will harm or hurt you.   Instead use your thoughts to inspire yourself and others and heal your body.
  3. Your subconscious mind controls all the vital processes of your body.  It already knows the answers to your problems and it already knows how to heal you.
  4. The law of action and reaction is universal:  Your thought is action and the reaction is the automatic response of your subconscious mind to your thought.
  5. Prior to sleep, turn over a specific request for healing to your subconscious mind and watch what happens.
  6. Whatever you impress on your subconscious mind is expressed as conditions, experiences, and events.  Therefore carefully watch all thoughts entertained.  Never tell yourself you are sick or that you will never get well.  Your subconscious will faithfully bring your predictions to pass.
  7. You can interfere with the normal rhythm of your heart and other organs by worry, anxiety and fear.  Feed your subconscious with thoughts instead with harmony, health, love, and peace and all the functions of your body will normalize.
  8. Keep your conscious mind busy with expecting health and healing and your subconscious mind will faithfully reproduce what you are habitually thinking.  Tell yourself, “I am strong, I am healthy, I will overcome adversity” instead of repeating negative thoughts.
  9. Imagine the solution to your problems and visualize the outcome.  What you feel will be accepted by your subconscious mind and it will bring it to pass
  10. Faith is like a seed planted in the ground… it grows after it’s kind.  Plant the seeds of good thought with faith and expectancy and it will manifest in your life.

My body and all its organs were created by infinite Divine intelligence and It knows how to heal me. It’s wisdom fashioned all my organs, tissues, muscles, and bones. This infinite healing presence within me is now transforming every atom of my body making me whole and perfect. I give thanks to the Creator for the healing that I know is taking place now. This is the work of the creative intelligence within me given to me by God.

hi Dr. Jill, I need your help. I’m suffering emotionally. I do believe in the universe and the power of our subconscious mind, however, I am optimistic as long as I am not feeling pain…whenever I feel pain, I just can’t stop myself from worrying and being anxious. I had an injury in my hips and it has been causing me incredible pain since last July and I hate the idea that I am not able to practice gratitude and positive affirmations to heal my self. I read “the Secret book” and the power of your subconscious mind by Dr. Joseph Murphy and still I am not doing well on changing my self and my thoughts although I am sure that our mind is more powerful than any medicine
        Any help would be appreciated.
        Thank you!

I was diagnosed in with MS, at 51, in 2017 and have been treated with Copaxone, Tysarbri, back to Copaxone, Ocreveus . I had relapses while on Copaxone. Ocreveus did not help me. I learnt about Akanni Herbal Centre  ( www. akanniherbalcentre .com) and their effective MS Formula treatment after i tried other medications with no luck ..i followed up with their MS herbal formula which after i completed  the treatment, symptoms were gone, and the MS Herbal treatment relieved my symptoms totally and tremors gradually stopped, Thank you Akanni Herbal Centre for giving those of us with Multiple sclerosis  hope.

i have MS, and when I read things like this I then feel like it’s my fault and that I somehow brought it on with my thoughts. I wasn’t thinking about anything bad, when I got the diagnosis. Since then I have experienced periods of absolute hell, which caused depression and anger. Those feelings took their natural course, and I emerged able to be positive again (like I was before). During times of great emotional despair, I had miraculous hearings, and vice versa – during times of deep prayer and encouraging thoughts … sometimes nothing. I think we have to allow ourselves to feel what we feel, and. embrace it, I don’t think you can talk yourself out of feelings with positive thoughts. . I feel I had to allow myself to go through the process I went through. And if I have another dip, I feel like it’s important to allow the process. I think that even if some research shows this, it’s not always true in every instance. Overall though, I if course would chose positivity any time I’m able to! Any thoughts?

      Hi Robbie,
There is no blame or fault in this! Illness can come to the most positive, spiritual people and usually brings with it a lesson to be learned. However, I think that by changing a victim mentality to a victor mentality we have great ability to influence our bodies to create a healing environment!

    Robbie,

I appreciate your courage in posting what you did. I agree that we can’t think our way out of our feelings. In order for the unconscious to heal we definitely need to accept our feelings, embrace them, and listen deeply to them, as you wrote. I also agree that there is more to the unconscious than what this article reports.

There is some truth in this article, but I see it given in an “all/nothing” view. I would like to see the name of the author and references. I believe that yes, the unconscious mind affects our bodies, and that this needs to be addressed first hand whether we are ill or well. I also believe in prayer. Most of all I believe in a devotional surrender to God, Who is the ONLY ONE who knows all truth.

I have been chronically ill since 1992 and disabled since 2000. I have prayed and asked for healing, trusting God to show me root causes, spirit, soul, and body. He has been faithful in guiding me beyond my comprehension. Since I learned from this guidance that the unconscious affects the body, my point of focus is healing my unconscious, my spirit, and my soul. This is the priority in my life. I connect with Christ each day as the Healer and Guide on this long and arduous path of learning to feel, letting the feelings teach me, learning to remember the traumas, and working with a safe therapist to guide me through all of this. The 10 tips from the article are very shallow compared to what I’ve experienced on the path of healing the unconscious and in my opinion cannot replace the hard work of therapy.

What happens to my body as an outcome of inner healing is in God’s hands…this is the devotional surrender. I have a very high ACEs score (see links at end) and don’t know if I will live long enough to finish my inner healing and find out how it affects my body. It doesn’t matter. My focus is on my devotional surrender to God and healing my unconscious, spirit, soul, and relationships. This is life and freedom for me. I live fully each day even when feeling negative emotions; this is a part of life. God has been faithful to me during this whole process, and except for my disability, I lack nothing.

    Robbie,

I almost forgot to post this article about “Childhood Disrupted, How Your Biography Becomes Your Biology” https://acestoohigh.com/2015/07/05/in-childhood-disrupted-donna-jackson-nakazawa-explains-how-your-biography-becomes-your-biology/

This addresses healing remedies for the unconscious and this is from the article:

” Just as importantly, I want to introduce them to science-based approaches that have been shown to help heal the brain and body on a biophysical level – approaches which include MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction), EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, hypnotherapy, writing to heal, neurofeedback, and many others. This way they can find a therapy that works for them.”

    Loved reading this article!
In 2015 as a part of my cancer journey I was intuitively guided to a healing process called PSYCH-K that helps with subconscious mind healing and health. One of the best things I have ever done!
It has been amazing to feel the shifts in my body and mind(conscious and subconscious) when I re-programmed
self- limiting beliefs and re-perceived stress and trauma stored in my subconscious mind. It’s also been amazing to witness what healing happens with my massage and yoga clients for helping them on the subconscious level!
Thank you, thank you for spreading the awareness of the power of the subconscious mind!
    Peace and Blessings,

Dr Jill, the 10 points you have mentioned are so profound. Thank you!

It’s been a while since I’ve been following Bob Proctor. His teachings on the subject on subconscious mind (and otherwise too) are just awesome. Have you seen the “You Were Born Rich” series of Bob Proctor? The simplicity with which he has explained about the subconscious mind, via real life examples, is just awesome. I see the same simplicity in your entire blog.

I come across many people who are a slave to their mind. As mentioned by you, people steer their ship in the wrong direction when they have a conscious choice to redefine who they are and shape their future to their liking. I want to appreciate you for your work & your contribution to society.

I FOUND IT IN A BOOK” POWER OF SUBCONSCIOUS” MIND BY JOSEPH MURPHY

    It reads…..

Every two or three years I give a series of lectures at the London
Truth Forum in Caxton Hall. This is a Forum I founded a number of
years ago. Dr. Evelyn Fleet, the director, told me about an article
which appeared in the English newspapers deal-ing with the power of
suggestion. This is the suggestion a man gave to his subconscious
mind over a period of about two years: “I would give my right arm to
see my daughter cured.” It ap-peared that his daughter had a crippling
form of arthritis together with a so-called incurable form of skin
disease. Medical treatment had failed to alleviate the condition, and
the father had an intense longing for his daughter’s healing, and
expressed his desire in the words just quoted.
Dr. Evelyn Fleet said that the newspaper article pointed out that one
day the family was out riding when their car col-lided with another.
The father’s right arm was torn off at the shoulder, and immediately
the daughter’s arthritis and skin con-dition vanished.
You must make certain to give your subconscious only suggestions,
which heal, bless, elevate, and inspire you in all your ways.

Does these negative things happen If we affrim in our subconscious mind is it true??

If we think and affrim negatively does it happen ??

    Please answer.

    Hi Dr Jill,
I am Dr Shamsher Bakth a cardiologist now in Tampa. I have noted that lines in the palm are depiction of subconscious mind how it perceives the flow of energy in different areas of the body.It clearly shows presence of negative energy and how it creates the disease. once diseases are formed we can identify it as cancer or heart attack or as other possible diseases. After suggestion under medical relaxation[Hypnosis] the lines significantly changes suggesting the concept that palm lines are written by subconscious mind.
