Thanks a lot for all these recepies. I can’t recogbiza all the mushrums names but I have a son in law that use them a lot for cooking. Regarding the adrenal fatigue, it’s the first time I read about it. But I can tell that I have high blood pressure, my doctor says my high blood is due to my obesity (234) 5’2″ – high, 67 years. Have suffered depression since i was a girl, tired most of the time, tiny hair and lack of motivation. I’m so glad about finding you and dr. O’Bryan because you give people hope and motivation. Love you people, God bless you all. Sincerely, Maria. (Sorry for my english)!!
Could bananas be used in place of plantains as well?
you might try it…
Did you use a picture of real pancakes? This recipe is laughable and frustrating.
Thanks for the feedback, Melissa! I haven’t made this recipe myself…
