One year ago, I could not get out of bed, my asthma was beyond control and I could not eat or drink anything (including water) without having reactions in my throat. Fast forward several months…I had allergy testing done and found I was suddenly allergic to over 27 foods… severe to dairy, corn and coffee. Moderate allergy to egg.
I am pretty sure the culprit to some of this was exposure to black mold where I worked for 7 months.
I have been treated by a functional medicine doctor and my body is healing.
Water is essential to our bodies and is a supposed to be a natural antihistamine, however, the chemicals and corn contaminated ingredients in it make me sick.
The Berkey filter is supposed to be excellent and those with corn allergies find this filter to be the best one for them. It is on my list to purchase asap.
