Summer Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Chicken Breasts organic, cooked and diced
  • 1/2 Cup Red Seedless Grapes sliced in half
  • 1/2 Cup Celery finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Peas Organic, cooked and cooled
  • 1 Apple Organic, finely chopped
  • 2-3 Tbps Vegenaise Soy-free
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Dill Or dried
  • Sea Salt Iodized Celtic or pepper to taste
  • 1 Bunch Dino Kale or mixed greens

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients (except dino kale or mixed greens) in a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix gently.
  • Serve over a bed of greens or wrapped in dino kale.
  • Enjoy!
