Basily Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Eden Organic Garbanzo Beans Chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 2 TBSP Lemon Juice add zest of one organic lemon
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic
  • 16 ounce organic roasted red peppers or about 2 cups
  • 10 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2-3 TBSP balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp hot sauce optional

Instructions
 

  • Put all of the ingredients into a food processor and puree until smooth and creamy.
