Raw Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup grassfed ghee
  • 1 cup Upgraded Cocoa butter
  • 1 cup Coconut oil
  • 2 1/2 cups upgraded chocolate powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla powder
  • 1/2 cup xylitol
  • 1/2 cup erythritol
  • 1 tsp liquid stevia extract
  • 1 dash Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • Melt the fats without heating them over 118F.
  • Whisk in remaining ingredients thoroughly.
  • Pour into desired shape and refrigerate or freeze to harden. Store in fridge or freezer.
