Coconut Chai Tea

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ounces Filtered water
  • 4 ounces Coconut Milk
  • 1-2 tsp xylitol or organic whole leaf stevia
  • 1 decaf organic chai tea bag

Instructions
 

  • Bring water and coconut milk to a slow boil and pour into a mug.
  • Steep tea bag for 3-5 minutes.
  • Add xylitol, stir and savor

Notes

Dr. Jill likes to add a dash of cinnamon to hers!  Also you can substitute organic whole leaf stevia if preferred for xylitol.
