Ingredients

Filtered water

Coconut Milk

tsp
xylitol
or organic whole leaf stevia
1
decaf
organic chai tea bag
Instructions
Bring water and coconut milk to a slow boil and pour into a mug.
Steep tea bag for 3-5 minutes.
Add xylitol, stir and savor
Notes
Dr. Jill likes to add a dash of cinnamon to hers! Also you can substitute organic whole leaf stevia if preferred for xylitol.
