organic dried burdock root

dried elder berries

tbsp
dried elder flowers

tbsp
dried lemon balm
(can substitute mullein or nettles)
Instructions
Put herbs into a French press or 32 oz mason jar.
Fill with boiling water and steep 30-40 minutes.
Drink 2-3 cups per day for 3-4 weeks during cold and flu season.
