fresh minced ginger

cooking oil/fat

Chicken Stock
Instructions
Melt fat and sauté onion and ginger.
Add all other ingredients and cook until carrots are soft.
Add stock and bring to boil. Simmer 30 minutes.
Use blender to purée. Enjoy.
