Walnut and Red Pepper Spread

Ingredients
  

  • 2 red peppers
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1 bunch Basil
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Roast the peppers by putting them in a plastic bag and letting them sweat.
  • Peel peppers. Then take out the seeds and rinse them.
  • Put everything in the Vitamix or blender.
  • Add more walnuts if you want a thicker spread.
  • Serve with steamed cauliflower or other vegetables!
