Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Apples and Pistachios
One of my all time favorite foods is brussel spouts, I love them boiled, roasted and barbecued, they are just so versatile. This yummy roasted brussels sprouts with apples and pistachios will pleaser any table.

- 3 Cups Brussels sprouts Outer leaves removed and cut in half lengthwise
- 1 Apple diced
- 1/2 Cup Pistachios Shelled
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt
- To taste Pepper
Heat the oven to 400F. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a large baking sheet, toss with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Then add the apples and pistachios to the baking sheet, distributing evenly, and bake for 6-7 minutes more. Serve immediately sprinkled with black pepper.
