Walnut Sun-Dried Tomato Pate

Course Snacks

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 5 roasted garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp water from soaked tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Soak walnuts in water for few hours
  • Soak sun dried tomatoes in water for a few hours
  • Roast garlic in oven- to roast garlic but cloves in aluminum foil drizzle with olive oil and roast 400F for 40 minutes
  • Drain walnuts and sun dried tomatoes (keep a bit of the water from tomatoes) and remaining ingredients
