Powerhouse Summer Smoothie Bowl

Course Smoothies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup organic baby kale or spinach
  • 1 cup frozen organic blueberries
  • 3/4 cup green tea
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 scoop collagen protein powder

Instructions
 

  • Start by blending the blueberries, green tea and leafy greens
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth
  • If a thinner consistency is desired (for a smoothie rather than a bowl) add a little more tea
  • If a thicker consistency is desired then freeze the pineapple before adding to the blender
  • Pour/scrape into a cup or bowl
  • Use toppings of choice and garnish the smoothie as desired

ΒΌ cup granola
2 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds or mixed sprouted seeds
1 Tbsp. flax seeds
2 Tbsp. cacao nibs
1-2 Tbsp. blueberries
1 Tbsp. goji berries
