Walnut and Red Pepper Spread
  1. Roast the peppers by putting them in a plastic bag and letting them sweat.
  2. Peel peppers. Then take out the seeds and rinse them.
  3. Put everything in the Vitamix or blender.
  4. Add more walnuts if you want a thicker spread.
  5. Serve with steamed cauliflower or other vegetables!
