Smoothies are always a nutritious and delicious treat – whether you are just starting your day or in need of an afternoon energy boost. With just a few simple ingredients and a blender, you can easily whip together countless variations that satisfy your tastebuds and nourish your body with vital nutrients. This amazing Ginger Mango Green Smoothie recipe was shared with me by my sister-in-law Rena Hodel! – Add kale for an additional healthy boost

– Add a handful of ice (and blend) to stay cool and hydrated in the summer heat

  • 1 Cup Mango Frozen chunks
  • 1 Handfuls Spinach Fresh
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Root Fresh
  • 1 Tbsp Flax Seed Ground
  • 5 Drops Stevia
  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk

    What is your opinion about the fact that there is a high amount of oxalates in green drinks containing spinach or curly kale & almond milk or almond butter? Since oxalates may cause kidney stones and other health problems, shouldn’t] these foods be avoided ? Even my old time favorite, dark chocolate is high in oxalates! In addition ,recently, it has been pointed out that much quality chocolate has been found to contain LEAD & CADMIUM!

      Oxalates are high due to fungal dysbiosis and mold exposure – rather than avoid high oxalate foods, treat the root cause! I use cadmium-free chocolate powder 😉
