Coconut Chai Tea
  1. Bring water and coconut milk to a slow boil and pour into a mug.
  2. Steep tea bag for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add xylitol, stir and savor

Dr. Jill likes to add a dash of cinnamon to hers!  Also you can substitute organic whole leaf stevia if preferred for xylitol.
